Do you require a deposit?

For all orders under $125 - full payment is required by the due date on the invoice. If not paid by then your slot will go to the next person. For orders over $125 - a 50 percent deposit is due. There are no refunds due the demands of our schedule. Additionally, we are an order to bake/create business so most times we have to ensure we purchase the supplies for your order in a timely manner.
What method of payments to you accept?

We accept Zelle, Venmo or cash (cash would require an online deposit to guarantee your order slot - the remainder, once confirmed, can be cash).
Are there desserts Piccolinas Treats does not offer?

Piccolinas Treats takes pride in a wide array of desserts. However, we do not specialize in cakes, cupcakes, macarons or specially designed sugar cookies.
Do you make vegan treats?

Piccoinas Treats respects all lifestyles, but unfortunately we do not make vegan treats. Most of our treats include butter, eggs, and milk products.
Will my desserts look exactly like my photo references?

Piccolinas Treats prides themselves in getting your treats as accurate to your wishes as possible. We request photos and invitations as reference to ensure that your treats meet your standards. We will always ensure that you receive treats that are as accurate to your references and liking as possible. Please ensure you answer all of our design questions to get your treats as perfect as possible.
Where can I find your menu or items I have seen on Instagram?

Feel free to browse away on our website for treats that are always up for grabs. At times seasonal items will be listed on the web page and our Instagram. Those may not always be available, but feel free to send us an email to piccolinastreats@gmail.com to see if we can still create them for you.
Do you deliver?

At time - our system is mostly pick up. We do deliver and after 5 miles the fee is .75 cents a mile. Orders set up for delivery would have to be booked and paid in full 4 weeks prior to the event due the demands of our schedule. We have previously delivered to the general area of Long Beach and DTLA.
Are online orders only for pick up?

As of now all orders are for pick up only in Long Beach - zip code 90808. If you wish to have your order delivered please send us an email at piccolinastreats@gmail.com.
Do you cater large events?

We cater all events. We have extensive experience in catering and delivery for baby showers, weddings. birthday parties, graduations and more. Kindly ensure that all catering inquiries are made at least 6 weeks prior to the event.
Are there quantity limits for treat orders?

All treats are made by the dozen. This is due to supply costs. Unless it is a specialty or seasonal item, all quantities begin at 1 dozen.
How far in advanced do I need to book you for a catering event?

Please contact us 6 weeks in advanced for large parties/events? This includes parties of 25 or more.
